The Grid

Factories are brilliantly automated when they make a million of one thing. Until now, high-mix electronics has stubbornly resisted automation.

On The Grid, levitating movers carry each board and its parts between robots that print paste, place parts, solder and inspect. Every board takes its own route, so there are no changeovers and no per-design setup.

A leading EV maker, a top AI lab and household-name tech companies already use it for test stations, tooling, R&D boards and production batches.

Every board takes its own route.

Hundreds of thousands of parts in stock.

In conventional manufacturing, one late part can hold up your entire order.

On the Grid, we stock hundreds of thousands of parts to reduce the likelihood of delays.

Automated storage liftThree adjacent racks have ten levels each, counted from the bottom. A travelling vertical lift collects a tray from rack one, level seven, lowers it and unloads onto a conveyor. It then moves to rack three, collects from level three and unloads again. Empty slots replenish as the lift descends. The sequence loops.

Three ways to get boards made.

Two of them run on The Grid. Pick the one that fits where your design is today — you can move between them without changing supplier.

Rapid. Low cost. High-mix.

Prototype and batch production

Three real boards, from a simple two-layer design to a six-layer board with BGAs. Pick a board, a quantity and a lead time to see what it costs to build.

Reliable delivery times.

Most manufacturers leave you guessing. We publish our numbers live from the factory, so you can judge for yourself.

Consistently high quality.

Almost every order ships right the first time, with no medium or high severity defects.

Traditional manufacturers leave you guessing about the quality you’ll receive.
CircuitHub publishes its first-time-right rate every quarter, straight from production.

What our customers say

robotic hand

We have relied on Circuithub for our prototyping needs since 2015. Native CAD file handling, instant online quoting, short lead times, and excellent customer support all make it possible for us to spend less time on getting prototypes made and more time on engineering.

We’ve been using CircuitHub for PCB assembly for the last five years and the quality, prices, and ease-of-use have not faltered from single prototypes to production runs of thousands of boards. It’s been a huge enabler for our business

I use CircuitHub for my personal projects and have always found them really great to work with.

Alex Maslin

By far the best fab and assembly house I have used. The ease of placing an order from their automated webpage is best part of working with them. Other fab houses takes days to just get a quote. I can get a quote and place an order here within 24 hours. fantastic!! Even the prices are 20-30% less than the big fab houses in Colorado and silicon valley.

Raghu Tumati

I like the idea and the value that CircuitHub is providing - rapid prototyping and on-demand production for assembled circuit boards to save time and hassle. Engineers find it useful to securely upload their Altium, EAGLE, or KiCAD design directly to the CircuitHub platform. Would recommend this to the engineers in my network. I've had a brief interaction and the team is super supportive and responsive.

Affan Ahmed

We have been using CircuitHub for several years. They have always been professional, helpful, and delivered high quality products. We highly recommend CircuitHub.

Christian Sigge Steiniche

As an Electronics Engineer at a small business, we have used CircuitHub for both small batch prototypes and production quality scale.  Every time they have delivered prompt and high quality assembled PCBs.

Matt Dye

Excellent attention to detail, high quality fabrication, clear communication, easy to use ticketing system, and... NO emailing .zip files back and forth! We've used CircuitHub for years and will continue to do so for many more. 🤘

Nick Anthony

I found CircuitHub at a time when we unexpectedly lost our long time supplier for PCBA. They have consistently met our price expectations and have a turnaround that is unbeatable. I get my boards back before other suppliers can return a quotation. I appreciate all the great work!

Spencer Linton

Absolutely wonderful to work with. They go the extra step to listen and try to figure out better ways, unlike other manufactures that think their way is the only way and are never wrong.

Kevin Henderson

We have now been working with CircuitHub for many years and they continue to deliver outstanding results. They respond quickly, provide detailed project consultations, and all of their boards are of top-quality.
