Users can access the CircuitHub service (the “Service”) through our website www.CircuitHub.com, applications on Devices, through APIs, and through third-parties. A “Device” is any computer used to access the CircuitHub Service, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access of the CircuitHub Service, regardless of how you access it, and by using our Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For complaints that cannot be resolved, and consistent with the Safe Harbor Enforcement Principle, we have committed to cooperate with data protection authorities located within Switzerland or the European Union (or their authorized representatives).
