Without limiting, and subject to, the Terms, your use of the Services is subject to this acceptable use policy (this “AUP”).
Unless otherwise defined in this AUP, capitalized terms used in this AUP have the meaning assigned to such term in CircuitHub’s Terms of Service.
You agree not to, and not to allow any person or Entity to, use the Services:
- in violation of any applicable law, statute, regulation or administrative or court order;
- in violation of any of the Universal Terms, any applicable Additional Terms, the Privacy Policy or this AUP;
- in an unprofessional or unethical manner;
- to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others, including, without limitation, by harassing, abusing or harming another person, including the sending of unwanted communications;
- for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
- to generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk commercial email;
- to, without proper legal authorization, access, copy, convert or otherwise use any Content or personal information;
- to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
- to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by Users, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
- to alter, disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
- to test or reverse-engineer the Services in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities or evade filtering capabilities;
- sell, resell, lease (or the functional equivalent) all or any portion of the Services to a third party;
- to use all or any portion of the Services in a manner not authorized by circuithub.com;
- to attempt to create a substitute or similar service through use of, or access to, the Services;
- use the Services to store or transfer any Content that is controlled for export under any applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the Department of State.
Your failure to comply with this AUP may result in the suspension or termination, or both, of your Account, Profile and/or Access to the Services pursuant to the Terms.
