Last month we published a guide to our recommended discrete component footprints (courtesy of our friends at Worthington). Continuing with that thread, we now also have recommended spacing for discrete components.

Proper spacing between components helps prevent solder bridging during assembly, which can cause short circuits and component failures.  It also facilitates the automated assembly processes, leading to more efficient production and lower costs.
